Ideally the exhaust needs to be made on the car while you wait (Takes a few hours) We're in Redhill, Surrey - 5 mins from J8 off the M25. If your too far to come down give me a message and I may be able to do you one mail order depending what cars I have about at the time.
The exhaust is hand built in 304 grade stainless, excellent quality boxes (Not powerflow shite!) and stainless wire welding it! Any bore you like up to 3" and comes with a complete new set of clamps and rubbers. On the mk1/2/3 Polo we've put a 6" flexi in the OE position, the center rubber is a smaller and more solid version to pull it tighter against the body, we've added a flick on the unsilenced center to keep the pipe as close to the body as possible to prevent catching on things for those of you -80mm. The silenced center section is a 3.5" welded box for maximum clearance. The uprated rear mount is strong enough to support the whole exhaust, but we'll put the standard mounts on as well. Very solid end product, put mine through some thorough testing. Please PM me for a quote, I need to know what car and engine you have. How loud/what sound you want to achieve, and what tailpipe(s) you want. A couple of examples.... Straight through for Mk1-3 with a straight cut tailpipe is £250 fitted. Twin silenced with twin square tailpipes is £320. Stainless 4 branch manifold with stainless lambda nut - £265 fitted with new stainless nuts and washers. £15 for new Vag manifold gaskets.
