rite its been a while so thought i should update my thread. I've managed to get my wheels finished and on after about a year! i wanted to keep it on the down low untill after i unvieled them at the show, a few of you might have seen my car at spring fest on the fendubbers club stand. ill let the piks do the talking, comments welcome.
the 8's all cleaned up ready to go to paint (IMG:http://i65.photobucket.com/albums/h231/chickDUB/4.jpg) the 9's (IMG:http://i65.photobucket.com/albums/h231/chickDUB/5-1.jpg) back from being powder coated, very happy with the finish! (IMG:http://i65.photobucket.com/albums/h231/chickDUB/creamwheel3.jpg) (IMG:http://i65.photobucket.com/albums/h231/chickDUB/creamwheel4.jpg) got my tyres fitted, the 9's (IMG:http://i65.photobucket.com/albums/h231/chickDUB/9-4.jpg) (IMG:http://i65.photobucket.com/albums/h231/chickDUB/9-2.jpg) (IMG:http://i65.photobucket.com/albums/h231/chickDUB/9-1.jpg) the 8's (IMG:http://i65.photobucket.com/albums/h231/chickDUB/8-3.jpg) (IMG:http://i65.photobucket.com/albums/h231/chickDUB/8-1.jpg) trial fitting on the car. (IMG:http://i65.photobucket.com/albums/h231/chickDUB/3.jpg) (IMG:http://i65.photobucket.com/albums/h231/chickDUB/2-1.jpg) (IMG:http://i65.photobucket.com/albums/h231/chickDUB/1-1.jpg) I'm very happy with the look, will get some piks up from spring fest of the car with all 4 wheels on n stance sorted. |

wheels look naff. Well too wide at the back so you probably won't be able to get low enough, and the design looks too retro for the mk5, sorry.
