smooth boot taken off replaced with original one....
CHARGER REBUILT BY PSD:
due to minimal oil leak ..

me been anal, wish i hadnt...less than 1000 miles later .....


SO AFTER NO JOY WITH PSD ANOTHER CHARGER WAS PURCHASED FROM GERMANY CANT REMEMBER COMPANY £500 + THE MONEY LOST WITH PSD ONE:

smiles all round !!
BY THIS TIME I FANCIED SOME WORK BEEN DONE:
was put in my new garage built just for the G40 ready for some work...

plates swapped , new stickers, exhaust off

gearbox out and loads of other bits...
ATV's one i blew up in bits and another i sourced

chargers and intake parts ...

manifold from yoof and the team and toothies from austria .... i out bid mk3g40jon

all parts taken off... dirty and old

soaked in gunt to clean up ....

sanded red oxided sprayed up
