Nice to finally see it here, and looking so well.
Wheels and grille give it some period class, fogs work with it,got a great look going on there - still unsure about the Sweeny-like sports lamps though.

2CV looks great to those of us who remember the rally versions. Sahara edition is little more than a lick of paint away..

Thanks mate!

Spots are marmite had mixed reviews but they'll stay for now smile.gif

Just need a bit more razmatazz under the bonnet!

Darrell Hx
nice mate, I'm doing engine bits to mine atm, need a manifold myself, where did you get yours?

what weber you gna be running? seen the DMTL polo weber on ebay that I'm tempted by, too much money though
Matt_Oldfield
I bought a manifold off a guy on here brand new, its a rennsport one smile.gif Phil j also does one

Mines a dmtl 32/34, bought second hand in good condition with a filter, and all the cables and adapter plate needed for 80 quid smile.gif

Just need a damn elusive GK inlet manifold!
Narrow_Lane
wow love the wheels smile.gif

and looks really clean and tidy, big fan of the rally-spec front end too, being from devon the extra light is so useful! I used to have 4 spotlights mounted on my roof lol
Matt_Oldfield
Thanks bud!

Just replied thanks for letting me know what the gk inlets are off! any alternatives?
steveo3002
gk manifolds came on european cars..fairly rare over there tho sad.gif

car looks nice and clean , id lose those spot lights and get a 4 lamp grille , and whats that black line on the bonnet?
Matt_Oldfield
Fitted goodridge braided hoses as mine were getting pretty worn down, and a nice shiney new master cylinder as the old one was just starting to fail the day before, then pumping the pedal to bleed the brakes finished it off! Stops a lot better than it ever has! smile.gif

Next up, exhaust manifold times!
Darrell Hx
braided hoses next for me smile.gif

have you got your manifold yet? I'm still waiting for mine...
