Guys, I'm gonna be changing ISP so this guide will be removed from my webspace, can somebody back it up and upload it to some other webspace? I don't wanna think my time making it will go to waste cos nobody can access it!
If u could mail me on mail@nick-lewis.co.uk once done that'd be sweet.
Cheers,

ptfe grease sticks to the components better than oil so lasts longer, you could probably use normal oil but you would probably have to hire an illegal immigrant to sit in your engine bay and spray the normal oil in every 30 seconds or so!!!!!

The point of it is that you only have fresh, cold air going into the charger and not a mixture of fresh and warm oily air that's been once round the engine already. Plus you get a cool whistling sound! I bought my G with this mod already done, does anyone know how much of a power gain it's good for?

Step 5: Maintenance.
Periodically, you will need to lubricate the supercharger to ensure smooth running and avoid killing it! Pitstop Developments sell spray grease that is perfect for this task. Some people have stated they do this every 500 miles, and others every 1000 miles. I don’t do much mileage so will probably just do this once every month instead.
To lubricate the charger, take off your blanking plate then start the car, hold the revs at around 2k and spray the grease into the charger for 10 seconds. Refit the blanking plate, resealing with gasket sealant if necessary.

cant see how this dose anything the only hose that needs disconnecting is the breather , to do away with that one way valve that turns into a two way valve under boost lol
the boost return can only help throttle responce as it coolered boosted air , and disconnected makes lots of noise .
if their is another reason for this some one tell me ?

shedding light on reason for mod, i had my car rolling roaded and inbetween 2 runs i took the boost return off and gained 8bhp, that was just removing the pipe from the throttle body, the whole permanent modification would probably do a few more
