I'm interested in the interior handles that screw to the door cards - not the chrome bits, the bits you pull on to shut the door.

I'm sure there's a proper name for them but <shrug>

e: Assuming the plastic is in decent condition and the tabs that you screw into aren't snapped off of course

Hi there wanted to make my little polo quicker and was wondering if a 1.6 GTI head would work or not

Genuine one owner standard car, rare 1.6 16V GTi 5 Door.
      45K Miles
      One Owner

I'm offering the Polo here as I really want it to go to a loving owner. I'll keep it on here for a week before going to the bigger mainstream sites.

I bought the Polo from a friend two years ago (he and his wife have been the only owners) as he was emigrating to the USA.

My plan was to keep it forever (stored) and as the years went by it would become more and more rare and eventually be a classic, being the first ever Polo GTi. It has been off road for two years, I've used it for a couple months. While using the alternator failed, so I had it reconditioned by a Polo specialist. It also developed a rattle which turned out to be the air con compressor pulley ( see more below).

The car drives beautifully, no mechanical faults and MOT until 5th April 2018 with no advisories.

It has every extra (inc Xenons) except leather seats. All tyres are good. Wheels are original and need a refurb sometime soon.

There are two keys, VW book pack and lots of receipts in a separate folder (see pics).

Faults: I've removed the air con compressor because the pulley belt seized. I thought the starter motor had gone, so it's had a new starter motor, the original is in the car.
The air con compressor is in the car with all bolts etc too.

The passenger electric window does not work from the drivers' side button, but it does work on the passenger door button.

Two very small nicks in the body, pic taken of one, the other was too small to capture.

I scraped the front bumper (see pic).

If you want to call or email, your very welcome.

I'll happily take a deposit and keep it a few weeks if you need to raise the money. I just want it to go to a good home and it be preserved as best as possible.

Saw a very tidy metallic blue Bready yesterday 1981-82??? On Tritton Road Lincoln. Saw this twice actually on my way to and from Sainsbury! Very tidy! Not seen it around before. Unfortunately I was in the Polo daily so waved and looked silly as no one recognises you in a modern daily!  Wave next time!

      Hello,
I have a Polo Fox Coupe, color white, year of construction 1988, which is damaged by an accidental damage (on request I send you pictures and the opinion) .The vehicle is in a very neat condition, also the interior is in original condition. Are you interested in this vehicle? The car was always in our family possession, so first hand. Momentary KM booth 89306.
      regards
