Hello! I have a 2001 Polo GTI 6N2 and am going to be doing all the discs and pads soon and just needed some advice from you guys regarding which discs and pads are the OEM ones. GSF and ECP both sell a few sets of discs and pads, but after some relatively robust Googling, I've heard some rumours that the discs ECP sell aren't that good? I know people have asked similar questions before, but there doesn't seem to be a definitive answer about which disc or pads are the OEM ones. I don't want to get some which will be wobbling after a few thousand miles and thought I would turn to you folks for guidance. OR (to go completely off piste) would something like this from eBay be any good? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/EBC-Rear-Brake-Kit-Discs-Pads-for-VW-Polo-Mk3-6N2-1-6-GTi-125-2000-2002/292479469348?_trkparms=aid%3D111001%26algo%3DREC.SEED%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20160908105057%26meid%3D72ece35faa564df8bf2aaf9efae58f0a%26pid%3D100675%26rk%3D2%26rkt%3D15%26sd%3D283515537905%26itm%3D292479469348%26pg%3D2481888&_trksid=p2481888.c100675.m4236&_trkparms=pageci%3A352d506f-a4a2-11e9-bb52-74dbd180db08|parentrq%3Ae632d51416b0a86043b65279ff8036a4|iid%3A1 Cheers! Looking for some advice with a problem I've had on my polo since I've owned it. The dash doesn't read the outside temperature. I've tried replacing the 2 sensors on the drivers side behind the bumper but no joy. Just wondered if anyone knew of any other sensors or have fixed this problem before? Cheers
Hello! wondering if anyone can shine any light on this pickle i'm in. Basically, my original VW exhaust for my car is rotten (not bad for 16years old..!) and it fell off last night... And working in the trade, i cannot source a back box for my car anywhere!! only the middle section.. all i have is a number for a Walker middle section the option i have is genuine parts from TPS, and a back box is £250... so, aftermarket? or does anyone know where i can get an OEM exhuast? if it would be after market, i want the car to look stock, no silly boy racer pipes out the back or anything... cheers.
