2010 6r - broken bonnet release. Can it be done from outside?
Tomothy94 posted a topic in Bodywork, Interior and Trim
Hi guys, I hope this is the right place I have a polo 6r 2010 and the bonnet cable has been stiff for a while now but recently the handle broke and the cable snapped at the end. I now cannot get the bonnet open in order to change the cable. I was quoted 220 for the garage to fix so I thought I'd rather do it myself as I've done most small jobs before and I can't afford that. Please can anyone help? The remnants of the car are in the pic. -
Hello again. Yet more lemony goodness from my pile of bolts I have the errors mentioned i have an aua engined 6n2 and have checked my 02 sensord and map and they are working. Soneone suggested to check the vacuum hoses and clean out the egr. Can anyone point me where to start. No idea where the vacuum hoses are and how to remove the egr. Is there a knack or an order to removing? Any help or suggestions would be awesome as im at my wits end. Oh and the ecm light came on too
