OE Supplier of Radiator - Where to buy now - G40/GT - 867121253AB

Hi, As per title. Who is the OEM for Radiators - in-particular G40 Where is a good place to buy one now ? Part no is: 867121253AB And who else makes half decent rads? -
Just wondering whether my old G40 is still out there costing someone a small fortune? I bought it in a bit of a state with battered and rusty arches, missing bits of trim, tatty doors and a dealer fit glass sunroof. I swapped out the fuel tank and inlet manifold from a GT and replaced the missing trim, put a pair of cloth corrado seats in it, cleaned up the BRV (not quite a mirror finish), added a front adjustable strut brace from the cup car donor and fit some front underside and rear strut bracing, put it on cup car suspension with ultra stiff bushes, 300mm front brembo brakes, cup car exhaust, Jabba rebuilt and ported charger to R1 which was further polished and ported by Andy Boakes, 58mm charger pulley, Jabba sport induction shield and filter, 51mm throttle body, Alard multi core intercooler in original mounting point, front mounted oil cooler and an oversized oil catch can, Sachs ceramic clutch and a quaiffe limited slip diff. I sold it to Andy Stagg with all the original parts plus a spare engine from a cup car donor which was a 1308 with a 272 piper cam, green top injectors and vernier pulleys, obviously wasn’t still sealed as I’d had it ported. I believe he changed the suspension, brakes and removed the braces to use it on the road. I don’t know whether the spare engine was ever installed by the subsequent owner(s) but the original engine was pretty potent anyway especially once I had it mapped at Jabba sport. Just a shame I hardly ever drove it.

See my clubg40 post: Hesitancy / Misfire 1500rpm-2k COLD only (polog40.co.uk) Fairly stock G40 which when cold, first 2miles or so, produces a real hesitancy around 1500-2k. Higher rpm's seem to sort it - like it's forcing the engine to fix itself. Warm engine sorts it too. This leads me to thinking it would be the blue temp sender as that is temp dependant, but it isn't. To my knowledge spark side is ok: Coil - Cap - Arm - Leads - Plugs -
evening all I'm after advice as to where to sell my polo g40,I've just found out ibe blown my turbo and have a sinister oil leak on my octavia vrs. so as you can imagine I'm trying to raise funds for a replacement car and my polo is sat in a garage and id rather it went to good home and was appreciated. the car itself has the odd rust patch paints good for its age engine has been completely rebuilt and the is completely standard and unmolested. as I say I simply want it to go to a good home and simply want some advice as to wheres best to advertise many thanks as always matt

HI All, I am looking for some help and forgive me as i am new to this and very green.... I have put a G40 turbo in a Trabant 1.1, engine is running and the major steps have been completed. However it is not running well at all. The AFR is reading between 15-17 when on gas. WHen i start the car it idels well 10-12 but after a min or so the AFR goes up. I have tried to adjust the fuel regulator but it does not seem to make much difference other than once closed engine dies. Also when driving the car (which i have not done much of due to the poor AFR readings) after about 2000 RPM if you give it gas the power gets reduced. I am hoping to get any input as to what I can look at that could be causing this. Thanks in advance , Mike
