  1. Hi Polo friends, I have a BlueMotion VW Polo 1.4 TDi 2009 Mk 4, that started to vibrate/resonate running in neutral, in gear, any speed on every revolution. It started after having the following done: 1. All Lower Control Arm bushes changed to PowerFlex; 2. Eibach lowering springs. The vibration becomes so bad, that I get pins & needles after 2-3 hour driving. It resonates worse as the roads get poorer. It’s constant. It occurs during rotational movement only. The wheels are aligned. The alloys are OEM in perfect condition. Not buckled. it occurs at all speeds. What could it be causing it? The Eibach lowering springs are slightly shorter than stock? Or the new PowerFlex bushing?? Thank you in advance for all your help.
  2. Hello polo people, simple enough polybush or powerflex and any other company/brand that people would recommend for mk2-mk3 bushes. I brought some ARB blocks from another member on here and I want to change pretty much all the suspension and steering rubbers for polyurethane. For a fast road project
  3. Hi!! Has anyone ever fitted the 72.5 mm Powerflex rear beam bushes to there 9n3 gti? I did it Monday night and they are so so tight. I got them in with a bush tool but they dont sit perfect in there. Anyone done this to?
  4. Hi Guy's I have brought the full set of powerflex bushes for my 9n3 GTI apart from the rear beam bushes because I cant measure them accurately. There are two sizes available 69mm and 72.5mm does anyone know the size I should be ordering? Thanks,
