The Battery Box Carrier has been Cut out and Plate Welded and sealed a very common issue on the MK2F Polos Engine Work was Rebuilt and Carried out by Andy Boakes The Vehicle has had a New Cambelt Rear Brakes Cleaned & Adjusted Full Brake Fluid Changed when the uprated 22mm Master Cylinder was fitted. 4x New Tyres Hoffman 4 wheel Alignment Carried out New Battery Fitted New Fuel Tank Fitted another Common Issue on these! Lambda Sensor Changed New Radiator Fitted Recently The Car pulls Very very Well! and Puts a Smile on your Face 🙂 The Stage 3 Subframe makes Car a lot stiffer and Responsive and handle like a Go Cart! Hi thanks for looking just testing the waters to see what i can get offered on the car..... got another project lined up. Its completely stock apart from the jabba supercharger, the car will come with standard supercharger underneath the car is spotless, it had new sills put on before the spray job theres no rust at all, Interior is spotless. Also comes with all paperwork and service stamps from the Volkswagen garage Pm me for more information.

The build is still in progress spec list below Engine: •1.4 16v AFH 100hp standard •Eaton M45 supercharger from a cooper S •Stainless steel 4-2-1 manifold •Custom made cat back •1mm decompression plate •Port and polished head •Bottom end rebuild •High lift cams Exterior: •FK coilovers •Borbet A alloys 7j front 8j rear • repainted AA yellow before I bought it •GTI front splitter Interior: • stripped and repainted black •Corbeau club sport bucket seats •Dash gauges •JVC stereo and edge door speakers •Rear strut brace
Had a timing issue for a good few months now and it's been driving me up the wall.and I think I've now worked out what the problem is but not quite sure how to rectify it.ive noticed the rotary arm is sitting at the 4 o clock position when set to tdc rather than 10 o clock like it's supposed to be so im now unsure of how to like it back up so it's back in the right position.does anyone have any ideas ive tried everything possible and I'm running out of ideas so if anyone can help please feel free as I really want my g40 back on the road thanks as always matt
