Has anyone ever got rid of the turbo and swapped for a supercharger set up on a polo Gti 1.8? If so what size charger have they used ie cubic inch? Is there over heating problems, will probably relocate inter cooler to rear of the car anyway or possibly one at the front one at the back? If that’s possible?? Just need to know what size charger is best suited as I can’t find anything on the web. Also do Gti’s have a good oil recirculating system or is it best to get a upgraded pump and a bigger system
Hi thanks for looking just testing the waters to see what i can get offered on the car..... got another project lined up. Its completely stock apart from the jabba supercharger, the car will come with standard supercharger underneath the car is spotless, it had new sills put on before the spray job theres no rust at all, Interior is spotless. Also comes with all paperwork and service stamps from the Volkswagen garage Pm me for more information.

The build is still in progress spec list below Engine: •1.4 16v AFH 100hp standard •Eaton M45 supercharger from a cooper S •Stainless steel 4-2-1 manifold •Custom made cat back •1mm decompression plate •Port and polished head •Bottom end rebuild •High lift cams Exterior: •FK coilovers •Borbet A alloys 7j front 8j rear • repainted AA yellow before I bought it •GTI front splitter Interior: • stripped and repainted black
