Took the 6n for a 60 mile drive today, got filmed driving it & I was interviewed for an upcoming TV series "World's Deadliest Drivers". They'll be using my dashcam footage from both of my accident

Well my car has now gone on its own little travels Next time I'll see her she will be outside our house in the USA

This is you Mark: Changed the oil filter today. Changed the spark plugs today. Topped up the screen wash today: Replaced the rear tyres today: That poor engine is never in the car! Ha ha.

Bit of a hose down last night as stupidly I parked under a tree in the pouring rain - sap everywhere :(

Oh, and I need to work out how to make my boot about 5 inches deeper. :/

Took my 6n2 polo to a custom exhaust garage this morning and payed for a decat and a straight pipe exhaust

This took the garage around 1-2h i waited around for this.

when driving home i bought a front sticker royal stance for the front windscreen

parked the car in the front and put the sticker on the front windscreen

a couple of minutes later i was just looking out the window at this front windscreen sticker for about 10minutes until i made my mind up that i'm now going to remove the sticker

took the sticker off the car and put it in the bin :D

Ha ha ha, I can't fault your enthusiasm Mark! The amount of gaskets and coolant you go through would make me weep!

Got told one of my brake lights was unusually dim. Figured out the bulb was upside down.

Picked up a pair of mk3 door speaker pods for £20. Considering I've seen these go for £50+ before, I think I've gotten quite a bargain!

Aquired another big-port roller head (BCB 1.6 16v head from another Leon, bent valves in the other one due to a mongment). Bought a new gasket/bolts and torqued the head down.

Tucked the cigarette lighter up behind the ashtray (as I always have my 4-way plugged into it anyway) and wired in a relay so it's ignition live.

No more tangled mess of wires in the centre console :D although now I have a big hole where the socket used to be. Ugh.

Wow. I can understand getting rid of the big things like sunroof/fogs/etc to save on production costs, but even the cigarette lighter? Germans are weird yo

Definitely interested though, will pm you :D
