Hi guys and girls, thought I'd introduce myself seeing as I just became a member and picked up a 1987 Mk2 breadvan!

Hopefully I'll be posting quite frequently in the future...

Hi Tom sorry for the delayed reply! Welcome to the club! Is it a project one or is it ready on the road? Get yourself a build thread up whenever your ready and just add to it whenever you do bits 👍

Unfortunately it's a project in need of a complete rebuild... from the sills up! 😩 My aim is to have the old girl back on the road by December. A build thread is definitely on its way 👌

      anyone know where I can get a solid (not rubber) carb mount for the mk2 that instead of having the pierburg mounting, has mounding holes for the weber 32/34 dmtl, I want the carb to sit lower, because the flying saucer has allready rubbed paint off the side of my bonnet😡

      Hi are the 1.0L & 1.3 L single point injection units for a mk2f the same. I have a 91 AAU 1.0l . If not would anyone know the different part numbers please so I know which one to look out for , Thank you.
