I’ve got an old mk3 golf vr6 with quite a lot of rust was thinking of engine swap but trying to find someone who’s done it to a 6N2 but can’t find any

There was a polo  6 n estate that was for sale recently with this conversion.   not seen a 6n2 though  - heavy lump the vr6.

First Welcome to the Forum.   It has been done on the 6N1 have a look at this https://www.clubpolo.co.uk/topic/256072-vr6-turbo/  it would be the same fabrication work required for the 6N2 

There was a polo  6 n estate that was for sale recently with this conversion.

I’ve never seen a 6n2 done only seen 1.8t 20v in the 6n2 that’s why I want be a bit different but being different causes stress😂 would it be about same as the 6n then?

The front end of the 6N1/2 are pretty much the same, so the same amount of cutting/fabrication would be required and there will be a lot to do !! only main difference between the two is the wiring in the 6N2 uses CANbus from the engine ECU to the speedo & ABS
