Mk5 (late '14) timing belt

I have a Mk5 (late 2014) with only 7,000 on the clock. I know that the timing belt is advised to be changed after 5 years but does the lack of mileage count?

i would - not worth the cost of it breaking.

yeah they age from sitting around too...shame to wreck a low milage engine
