Like most polo GT owners i have fallen in love with this car, but due situation changes It would be best change car.

This car has been so much fun as any other GT owner will tell you.

Year: 1991 on a H reg

Milage 113k (low for a near 20 year old car) will go up daily

MOT/Tax 4 months MOT, 2 months tax.

Engine: 1.3 GT

Mods:

- BBS RZ's seen better days but they do there job.

- Lowered about 40/60mm (PhilJ kit)

- Chipped

- dewedged TB

- All arches removed to make a cleaner look.

- Rear plate recess material removed.

- debadged rear (leaving "POLO_GT)

Good Points:

- Its quick for a GT, the car did 16seconds down santa pod (exluding R/T :) ) Have time sheet to prove this.

- About a year ago the engine was rebuilt (98k) by the prevous owner at a Garage. He gave me no proof of this, but being this quick i can believe him. (I'm sure any engine boffin will be able to see if it has. but i cannot guarantee its been done.)

- little rust, if any anywhere

- someone told me i have a g40 exhuast manifold, WIN! confirmed GT

- The paint work shines up perfectly when polished, for 20year old Red car thats gooooooood

- Serviced it twice since if had her

- Gear box and clutch work perfectly as they should.

- Car starts perfectly ever time. doesnt burn oil ect.

- Aftermarket Air filter, lets the beast roar. has standard air box aswell.

- Underneath is in great nick, chassis, legs engine mounts, tank, ect.

- V5 present

Bad points:

Unfortunaly there is a few :( most of which i didnt find out until i bought her.

- O/s Wheel bearing will need to be replaced soon.

- fuel and temp gauge are tempremental, haven't looked into as it doesnt bother me to much, bad earth?

- heaters only work on 3, new dails needed if u really care

- Arches have pealed paint underneath as it used be on coilovers really low and scrubbed a bit, but its not that noticable.

- bodywork has a few thin line scratches and dinks, nothin major.

- blowy exhaust

- intirior has seen better days,

- The boot didnt lock so it permantly locked it by uncliping the release mech, so u can choose between saftey of praticailty.

no major problems just niggly ones :p

Managed to find some arch trims but not a full set.

Put a new altinator belt on today and hooked up a PiperX/K&N filter, standard air box will come with the car. 26/4/10
