Alternative to Berg-Cup Arches....

Featured Replies

Ok, further update, just finalising the "universal" JDM arches. I've been playing around until they fitted the Mk1's arch better, the pic shows them in primer, just a few tweaks and they'll be moulded next week. They also look a little stiff because it's my "Master" but the finished articles will mould and contour better to the bodywork.

An alternative to Berg Arches (and much cheaper!), have a more finished look with the tapering, trial fitted to mine, mint on my mates Skoda Estelle and look great on the Scenic!!

nice, looks abit short at the back

yeah thats what i thought, you sure you taped it to the right side of the car? the other way round looks like it would fit better :?

look very good! where are they from?

It's just the camera angle, they're exactly the same both ends,

made them up from and existing Carbon fibre set, also, all universal

JDM arches tend to fall short unless car specific. :-D

How do they compare cost-wise to the berg cup arches? I reckon the Berg ones look better owing to the fact that they are designed with the Polo 1-3 in mind but these are still v nice!

A lot of the MR2 people go for the same look. Check this bad boy out:

You need some savage side-skirts on that mk1 to hide the fact that the arches don't reach the sill ;)

nothing a bit of fibreglass wont fix, i guess it depends how far you want to go. looks like it could work
