was looking to get a set of fk powerlooks for my car but dont know which one to get....should i get one with elect hlc or without elect hlc? what is the difference between the two?

sorry to hijack pal, have you found the right hand drive ones?? all i could find is LHD ones, also i think it is electric headlight beam adjustment some 6n's dont have it and the non elec is just a manual screw to set it pal, hope that helps?

how will i know which one mine is? my polo is a 96 1.0l considering its very basic polo I'm guessing it is non elec hlc one right?

there should be a little scroll switch next to your steering wheel if you have mate, or just unplug the connecter out the back of your original headlamps there should be a 4 pin or a 7 pin connecter if its 4 pin it aint electric adjustable, and 7 pin is, mine is a 95 1.6 and i have non electric adjusters mate

under your headlight switch theres a wheel one for your instrument panel dimmer and if you have another wheel next to that then you have electric hlc!

jst to let you guys know iv been looking for new headlights aswell i found that they are both L/H/D & R/H/D

hav a read through this "Note on all lights" 6th paragraph

Powerlooks have "With electronic headlight leveling control. L/H/D Only", that only applies to the angel eyes unfortuantly, however you can make them RHD by splitting them, swapping over the lenses, refitting and reseal the glass.
