Are you the chap who likes to get his Derby fully sideways on a track? Just looks like the same car in your sig from the pics I saw of it

If you are who I think you are, I'd like to see pics.... soonish

Start a blog buddy

yer as above pics again mate? I've seen all the pics you posted of the engine but that was it :-(

I will tell the complete (but shortened :) story of my derby and my racetrack polo 86 1's in the week to come. I just have to change host server for my images. And yes, I am that guy that likes being a bit off-balance with my derby ;)

enjoy these until the complete thread in the beginning of next week :) Takes about 80 laps on the track and a good portion of fuel to get this working with a FWD :)

team guru iirc.

Team Guru know their way around on a track, but it is a bit easier to float the car around with rear wheel drive :) Team gurus derby has mid-engine 16v Kr engine if i recall it correctly. I remember a movie on that car I had once. I will try to find it.

first I can post the pictures on how my derby ended up. I bought a 76 polo and this 77 derby at the same time. I used 1 year on the derby to make it look like this:

veeeryyyy nice. Whats that interior out of?

the interior is a mixture of my polo -76 sidepanels and carpets and mk1 rabbit (USA) front and rear seats.. looks pretty goos, but sometime I will get the front seats sewn over again and make low back versions.. (If you know what I mean :))
