Fuel Pump Fuse.

Featured Replies

Could anyone tell me what fuse have you got for your fuel pump in a 6n? I mean amp wise, as mine is missing and don't know what one to put in there. And the one next to it (left hand side) please. To be honest I have several missing so it would be great to have a picture of your fuse box.

Thanks a lot. Michael

Is that correct? because on mine fuse card it says that the fuel pump fuse is sixth from the left, where as you are saying that it is the last one. You confused me with the way you have layed it out a little. Could you please take a picture of the whole fuse box, which I think would be the best solution. I would be greatful.

Hi, depends on the year as they changed the layout after 1998

I have just checked it and the second diagram shows the right description. I think it might be useful for other owners.

Thanks very much for your help.

Hi,

I just re-checked the details on the layout on elsawin and it looks like Haynes got it wrong!

The first diagram is correct for vehicles manufactured upto (not registered) June 1997 and from June 1997 the second diagram is the correct layout, and the layout changed again in October 1999 to three rows of fuses!

This also have helped me to solve the problem with my interior lights and clock's memory as one fuse is responsible for that. I thought that I will have to exchange my clocks as they didn't hold memory, but they now work fine after changing some fuses. The fuse card printed on the box cover seems to be wrong, I'm thinking that previous owner had to get a different one for whatever reason and maybe they got one from previous models.

OK, so mine is 97 and as i open the box with the "R" under the steering wheel on lhd.

I see plenty of R's missing and few plugs disconnected.

(the problem is ABS and Airbags and it was never in an accident)

Any additional pics of that box? I'm diying to know what that plug is for...

I tried the ETKA but that doesnt really say which goes where...

didn't want to open a whole thread just for that.

Thanks.

Here is the additional connectors at the rear of the fusebox plus the wiring diagrams for the ABS & airbags
