My brothers just borght a mk2 polo 1984 very clean little car it was sat for a few years before we borght it when you pull off somtimes it seems to juder and seems to have a biy of a flat spot when you put the choke on a little bit it runs alot better anyone help!!?

Try cleaning the pilot jet (slow running jet). This is the small one at the top of the carburettor, being so small, it is easy for it to become blocked/partially blocked.

There is no need to completely strip the carburettor to access this jet, but do note the following:

Use a screwdriver blade that actually fits the slot, being made of brass it is easy to damage it;

Look through it to check for obstruction and clear it out either with compressed air, (a tyre pump will do) or with a single bristle from, say a toothbrush. DO NOT use wire, as this can damage the orifice;

DO NOT overtighten when replacing the jet, as this can distort it.

Take care, as this item is so small, it can easily be lost.

As the car has been standing, it would probably also pay to give it a good service.
