Polo 6n, 3 Door, N Reg, 66,000 miles, Full MOT, Just Serviced

Featured Replies

A reliable and cheap runabout with great potential for a Club Polo member!

VW Polo L

N Reg (1996)

1.0 litre

66,625 miles (going up about 4 miles a day - in the last year I've only put 2000 miles on it!)

MOT until end of April 2012. Serviced at time of MOT.

Taxed until June 2011

3 Door

Flash Red

I've owned this for the last year and it's been great. It's only cost me the price of an oil sensor switch a year ago, a back box a couple of months ago and a service/MOT at the end of April.

New exhaust back box.

Lowered 60mm on Pi Springs (original springs will be included in sale). Has had its tracking and camber adjustment done professionally.

6n2 all-red rear lights, clear indicators and side repeaters.

Has been de-badged, de-rub stripped, de-wipered, colour coded badges.

Usual scuffs and scrapes associated with a car of this age - see photos.

Virtually rust free – only 1 small patch which I’ve treated (but not painted) in corner of passenger door window. Sills and arches free from rust.

Included in the sale is a Halfords VW Flash Red touch up lit and tin of spray paint.

I am in Keighley, West Yorkshire.

Also have a set of 16v alloys for sale for £60.

Currently has a 6n2 SE interior (height adjustable driver and passenger seat - which I can leave in if you wish) or I can put the original L spec interior back in.

Sorry mate, no swaps.

Selling as we now have a baby, my wife isn't going back to work and we can't afford to run two cars now.

I can include a few extra bits if the price is right:

Kenwood Amp

Mutant 12" Sub in box

Mutant headunit (with SD slot/USB port/Audio in with retractable ipod cable) CD player is a bit jumpy but I only use my ipod.

uprated Fli door speakers

These are all fitted and working.
