Well, funny old couple months.

So now Charlie has a Lupo as her daily...mk1 golf cabby is ready for my leathers, coilies and smoors and Dennis mk1 Derby is waiting patiently (and nakedly) for the ground up resto.

Anyway, all these cars and no proper polo just wouldn't do, so even though I'm skint I kinda bought this by accident- wouldn't have been interested unless it was Comet Blue or Rally Yellow. Rally Yellow now rare as poop so Comet Blue will have to do... :-D I'm too lucky when it comes to buying cars without seeing them, they always end up tidy.

It's standard bar lowerage, a beesting aerial and some choice chav colour coding on the inside. 4 speed box and HK lump means it revs like a biiiiitch I nearly had Karl in his GT on the way back bwhahaha.

Can't decide whether to keep the coupe S sports seats or put some more retro ones in...I have too many sets of seats!

Thankfully still got my weber and my ats peps so they might make an appearance, I'm too busy atm with a mk2 golf gti conversion/rebuild and 3 jobs as well!

Oh and I got a new tattoo. :-D (that's my arm btw )

Thanks to everyone who wished me well and that, was good to see people at All Types and Inters and can't thank my friends and family enough for all their help and support...I'll be going to Santa Pod probably and BVF/Ed38 and Polo Show for sure so say hello though I don't know which car I'll be in yet!

The driver of the fiesta has since changed his job as a result of what happened, as he was working 60-80 hours a week- he now does 40 hours and is less stressed appararently. He is being prosecuted for Careless Driving.

Ooh it looks just like mine,but with a reverse light and aerial. The black and grey stripe seats were in pieces,so i used the colourful '88 interior. That engine/box combo did well down the M6,but is in Japan now.. Shame i missed inters on sunday (and VAG elite at ACE yesterday),i'll make one soon enough - got a respray going on,and its gonna stay comet. Nice to see you're back in an S

You can't beat those two colours you mentioned on a mk2. I can't find Rally yellow on the VAG list, so i guess its proper name is Togo Yellow?

woopagio, that coupe s is saweet as, cant believe you got hold of another comet blue one, i still want it mwahaha. I'm down tomorrow after picking up the small light panel from the scrappers so ill get the weber on for you and do owt else you want on it and help karlita with el teh goof.

will get some schmoke n some ciday, cliopatra has got some loving today, got some new sparks and a wheel bearing to do aswell and gonna get some bits of trim from looms, in the vain hope that it wont fall off again haha!

Craig- I'm practically back to my old self, if not fitter better and stronger!! My back's still pretty fucked but I'm starting intensive physio at the hospital soon, I get to go swimming yaaay! I just wanna go running and skating again but they won't let me yet. :( The dog is loving her walkies though. Yeah it's the lil red heart bead in the tat, just in case I lose the one I wear on a chain round my neck. :)
