Right finally these are been sorted, heres the spec:

I've made these for the Mk3, but they do fit mk1 mk2 and loads of other models with the 4 bolt fitment pattern.

The mount on the rear axle between the axle and the stub axles, so no need for wheel spacers and eating more bearings!

They are made from steel, and come in 5mm thickness.

So if you want 15mm spacing you buy 6 spacers (3 for each side), I'm sure the rest can be figured out!

I can supply bolts if required, but any bolt shop can sort you them out, and they will be cheaper than getting from me!

The factory bolt lengths are M10x32. So again size accordingly...

So price time, I've bit the bullet and had shit loads of these made, as it got price right down

5mm gain 1 PAIR of 5mm spacers - £10 (postage £5)

10mm gain 2 PAIRS of 5mm spacers - £16 (postage £5)

15mm gain 3 PAIRS of 5mm spacers - £23 (postage £5)

20mm gain 4 PAIRS of 5mm spacers - £29 (postage £5)

erm, is there any reason why I'm having little interest in these?

i cant quite figure it out! is it just bad timing?

i will be after some soon, just have some scrubbing issues with the wheels already, so when i get the new tyres on them these will be my next mod,

will have some off you when my bearings give up (which probably wont be long) as i run 10mm spacers each side on my mk2. bloody good idea

how much spacing do i need to get the rears as wide as the front I've heard its 15mm I'm getting a gt next week so i will have a set off you next week

However, that is a bloody good price I reckon Dan. I wouldn't make 'em for that money.

Thats it, most bolt shops only supply 10.9 tensile in allen head form. Apparently rear stub axle bolts off a sierra cosworth are the right tensile with a 17mm hex head and have the right thread for VWs.

Suppose theres nothing wrong with using allen heads though is there?

no it can be any head really, i will get some ordered in stock as it might be a struggle to get them for people

well i got these and fitted to my car, will be updating the link with pictures, they were a doddle to fit and look sweet, and the handling is much better!

Took the car out and it feels much firmer, a real difference!

I have bought stock of the bolts aswell, 12.9 tensile stuff, strongest you can get...

I've been running my 15mm ones for a week and a bit now, and they are sweet, the difference is very obvious!

i've just bought some from you on ebay... top notch, and just to confirm, they also fit on a skoda felicia stub axle too
