hey folks, my trusty wagon has served her purpose and now needs to make way for something that will satisfy my need for a vehicle with a little more pace

-1998 mk3 golf estate cl

-1.9 tdi

-154k miles pretty much fsh (mostly vw)

-pas

-electric windows (x4)

-central locking with window closure

-cd player

-witter tow bar, never used, have receipt for over £250 less than 6 months ago

-mot until august

-tax til october (will have to double check)

Recent service bills include....

-new timing belt

-new auxillary belt

-new water pump

-full service (filters and fluids)

-front brake discs and pads

-gearbox mount

-glow plugs

Bad points.....not many...not too bad....

-heater blower is on the way out (will replace if i can find one soon)

-power steering grumbles occasionally on full lock, still works perfectly

-front bumper is cracked(very low down and barely noticeable)

-various dings in the painwork, nothing you wouldn't expect for a car this age, most have been touched up by the previous owner.

....see it wasn't that bad !!!

So here are the pics, please note that the ropey steels have since been covered up with some very cool hubcaps

This is a very reliable and useful wagon that i use everyday to drive to work, it starts first time everytime, uses no oil or water , but i want something quicker, it's gotta be VAG and kinda cool would be nice

although a mk2 caddy van or T4 wouldn't go a miss basically I'm open to any offers

Don't really want to sell this car outright so its open to swaps/px's only but to keep on the right side of the moderaters i'm gonna say £1250, hope this keeps me within the rules ?

If you're interested then please fire any offers to me, either here,

at retro-fitcustoms@hotmail.co.uk or on 07989855224, thanks, Lloyd
