I am breaking my G40 due to rust

Engine

Both manifolds

Gearbox

Wiring loom

G40 charger

Fuel pump

driveshafts

cooling system

and anything else you might want for a full swap into a good shell

The engine has 125k on it, about 500 miles before i took the car off the road i had a compression test done

the results were good :-)

engine oil was changed every 3k at the latest

cambelt changed 2 years ago (about 12k)

The engine comes with a psd/newman highlift cam (have the box for it somewere with details of lift/duration on it)

and comes with ported and dewedged throttle body

and ported GT inlet manifold

a BRAND NEW distributor (from vw)

and brand new God knows what else from vw-iv got stacks of receipts (that anyone who comes to buy the lot can take with them)

The gearbox is in very good condition, nice and smooth just the way it should be

The charger is massively ported (i'l get a pic up asap) was last rebuilt by psd

I'm not on here much anymore so would appreciate it if questions were asked over the phone

I can do that depending on price, i also have the standard cam lying around somewere

this is Mike Kings old car. For those worrying about one less G40 on the road the car is a converted GT anyway done by mike himself what must be getting on for 8 years ago. The gearbox probably has less miles on it than the engine, the box came off my car in about 2004 when I put a cup car box with LSD onto it.

old mikes motor hey, glad it still kicking about!!!! he's a top bloke and his car was quite quick for a g40, had ti be he lives in wales and needed it to round up his sheep!!!!!

if you split the engine i have a mate who neeeeds the alternator! drop me a pm if you end up doing so please!
