Ok so i have a vw polo 1.6 cl classic. This is a saloon shape... Being as i am only 17 and stilll learning modifications wont be major until i pass my test :) So i will post pics of what it was like and then what i have done so far! :)

I debadged the rear and removed the hub caps :)

I then turned the adges round 90degrees clockwise.

I have also got rid of the standard casette player and fittted somethign more modern including a sub :)

So what do you peoples think? :)

Personally I'd put the hub caps back on and the badges on the right way. The steel wheels look crapper than the hub caps imo. Other than that seems like a tidy little car.

when i pass my test then i will get come new wheels and get it slammed on some coilies :)

a little update on what came this morning :) will be fitting them today if weather holds up :)

I also got an ash tray as it didnt have one :)

my suggestion is to obv lower it and get some bbs splits and colour code the centres to match your paint work with a highly polished lip :)

i only removed them because one of them was a vauxhall one lol, so rather than be missing one i removed them all :)

quite easy, just had to add new crimps and cuts small sections out so they good fit flat so the covers could also fit on, you can see in one of the photos what i have done :), the 17cm in the door fitted in with no problems :)

was it hard to remove the grill badge???

going of topic will that bumper fit a 6n polo

and the car looks aweet as so far

also to chubby... the front bumper should fit no problem i believe, but I'm 99% sure the back bumper wouldnt.

i recon the rear bump would look sick on a 6n polo

Nah, neither bumpers will fit as the loon is both wider and longer so it won't fit standard so you'll have to bodge it!

I made this mistake when i almost bought a caddy van front bumper.

I'm 99% sure they wont fir as like jamie said they are wider, the polo saloon has the same front end of a mk2 ibiza and is practicaly the same as a seat cordoba

i did somethign last night that you guys may onsider chavvy, but i think it look alright. I found some blue LEDs in my house so i thought i would have ago at wiring them up to the intrior light. after a few hours it was all done, i have 2 in each front foot well and one in the centre com storage space, i still have one to put in, maybe in the dash, not sure yet.. i will try and up loads some pics for you asap :).

i tinted my rear lights all red yesterday, as a result my reverse light is pink and the indicators are a very dark orage/red. I have been told that green indicator bulbs will over some this, is this true? if not do you guys have any ideas? cheers :) here are a few pics of the process :)

A can of lacquer will bring them up glossy as you like :-) Looks real nice, wouldn't bother changing the bulbs either
