Bovington Help for Heroes Track Day - 7th June 2009

Just though I would put a couple of pics of of the Help for Hero's track day at Bovington.

In total the event raised over £11,000

You don't need a track worth car... just a car :) Its fun in what ever you have.

Well this was the first of its kind. But they said they are hoping do Bovington again next year. :)

Bovington is the Royal Armoured Corp's test track. The event was organised by a Major with a passion for cars and Mazda on Track with all the proceeds going to Help for Heros.

Just watching the vid now. Sounds like a great thing to do, should be more charity tings like this imo

Love the pic where everyone has their camera's out. Would love to see something like that! Might bring a 1 litre loon along next year or maybe not. Might have something more powerful if all goes to plan (but not a vw )

Yup.. just need a subframe first. :-D

I've been actually thinking of a way to have a subframe and keep the roll bar it shouldn't be too hard :)

Mazda 1520 Day at Mallory Park

Another fantastic day. Car was great only a slight problem with the fuel pump which will be rectified! :)
