Went to VW Festival today, didn't camp. Was a good day, and some really nice cars on show!

Didn't manage to take that many pictures, but the ones I did have come out alright.

I didn't have a tripod, and was using a regular canon digital holiday camera!

This is just retarded it might be because I'm getting boring in my old age, but boasting about your car being dangerous and having excessive wear on the inside of the tyres???? what car was it on?

Some very tasty cars but not having the right stance on a car is an insult to the wheels.

The mk1 polo is Dan Higgins (Higgo) and the MOT cert was on a red lupo with a black roof, think from Leeds!

I went in his mk1 and it's actually a really nice ride. He won one of the top ten water cooled awards. Was expected though tbh it really is a minter!

I guess your on about the silver mk5 with red bbs rm's? It looked much better in the flesh, I couldn't get the right angle for the photo because of the bumpy ground and the next car being quite close to it!

thanks for the snaps of mine indy, was good to catch up with u again, the mk1 runs like new ahaha, and I'm soo chuffed with my trophy considering i didnt even think my car was going to gt judged :)

its only dangerous because mot's centers dont approve of cars that are lowered loads , which 99% of people do to dubs anyways , and as for the tyres thats because of how low it is , camber on the front ends cool :)

Ahh right :-) still dont "get it" though, is it "cool" to boast about that or something? Deffo not good boasting about tyres on the limits

None of my cars have ever had advisories (sp?) for being low, and I've used a fair few different test centres, must just be a couple of places

good to meet you and indy, well deserved on the trophy i was impressed with the originality of the car and so were the other judges so keep up the good work.

The advisory is on my mate chris lupo he was showing the fact it says it is excessivly low which is what 90% of dubbers want ain't it? And thought it was funny that the test center picked up on it as it's not very common for them to write it on the advisory notice and wear on the tyres is inevitable with the camber you get from running so low
