I got this yesterday from Effel, Bought this as a non-runner, had been stood for 2-3 months

Engine: 1272 SPI (AAV)

Suspension: Lowered 40mm on Gmax springs

Brakes: Brembo discs and mintex pads

Wheels: 14" BBS RJ's

Exterior: White, Black badges, orange Side Repeaters, black Side Indicators, Removed Side Strips, Banana Spats Left On

Security: closed doors

Interior/ICE: Blue Interior Light, GT Clocks, 4speed gearknob

This morning it fired into life , The B82rez needed charging, so thats happening now in the garage :)

Got the number plates and them black roof gutter jobbies off, cleaned under the bonnet a bit, got all the leaves and crap out of the battery tray, Gave it a nice jetwash and a microfibre mitt wash, then the hose broke, and it started raining, so its partially spotless

Picked up new door locks, boot lock and grey rear cards from aaron0909 today ( Cheers ) So now i've got 4 Keys for it

Got One rear doorcard fitted when i got in, Was a Right pain

Plans : These will be happening rather slowly, or until i get a new job so i can afford to to bits to it

-Sort an alarm out

-Sort the brakes out

-Sort the Niggly bits (gear linkage, tiny patches of rust)

-Semi colour-coded bumpers

-Lower it a bit more

-Sort the interior , possibly a scirocco seats etc.

-Put some sounds in

Right, as i've got new locks on the car, i had 1 key for ignition and passenger side, and 2 for drivers side and boot lock, and last night i had a few and decided one of the keys would look better luminescent pink

But, as i was getting out i saw this

Theres a massisve puddle in the passenger side rear footwell, I've looked at the door seals, and they aren't perished, they are a bit open at the bottom, by about 2cm, other than there, where could it be coming from?

Could it be linked to the fact that its constantly steamed up on the windows?

Edit - The rear door cards went in nicely after i'd sussed it out :)

They might not match, but its better than none being there at all

small updates - went to a scrappers in Middleton, came away with some presents for Ken

i there we've got; Brembo discs, mintex pads, rear drums, mirrors, fuel pump, German plates, a new air intake pipe thing, various bits in that tub (door handles, locks, wheel bolts, dash blanks etc)

as far as my dad can tell, once its got a new back tyre on, it should go straight though an MOT

not bad for about 450 quid including the car :)

Minor 'Things have been fixed and done' update :)

front brakes off, and rebuilt with new discs and pads, no pics of this happening, as it happened in the dark

And no, it hasnt moved since last time

Knocked a stereo loom up, just need extending a bit now :)

also many q-park air fresheners after i got given a few hundred of them

Picked up a US plate on my travels

Bought a few stickers

good thing is whats usually behind it is a tax disc from sept 09

Front bumper heat gunned and tefloned :)

Bit of a refurb, white with polished fronts, and theyll be fine, not bad for 30 quid
