I first bought this car in October 08, now after selling most modifications from it, I've devided to do a build thread :smoke: But hopefully there should be quite a few updates over the next few weeks, so ill start with a relatively standard base :D

Model: Volkswagen Polo 1.4CL 'Match'

Engine: Standard

Suspension: Standard (for now...)

Brakes: Standard

Wheels and Tyres: Standard

Exterior Styling: Debadged grille, 16v rears

ICE and Security: 8" Diamond boot build with a kenwood 400w Amp.

Comments: When i bought this car it was in one sorry state, been sat for well over a year doing nothing, I've managed to slightly make it a bit better than it was before, i clean it about 3 times a week! Thought u were selling up mate? Also thought u were gonna keep 8v bumpers haha I was thinking about going down th 16v bumper route the other day but slapped myself out of it tried to convince myself it was a rediculous notion haha but they do look good get front one on man!

  • Author

Cheers mate!

Yeah i advertised it for a week and got messed around a few times so i just kept it, I'm not 100% whether I'm going to keep the 8v front bumper or not but its gunna be a while before the front 16v goes on if it does as it needs repairing.

Coilovers next week hopefully!

Edited by stevemk3

kept it in the end then mate haha!

So after finally getting home around half ten last nigh it was dark, so the pictures went out the window... Will be uploading more later as it hasnt been washed in a week!

Its not lowered alot, as i wanted the springs to settle and everything, going back on saturday to see if i want to go lower (which probably will happen)
