not been able to decide if i want to sell this for ages so thought i might aswell!!!!

its a 1986 mk2 polo that was converted to a van by one of the previous owners...

its a 1300 mh engine running gsxr600 carbs with 87k on clock, the engine was treated to a headgasket, cambelt, water pump, plugs, leads, oil, gearbox oil, 4 filters for carbs. the carbs were set up at boggies, it failed its mot on emissions so i took it back and he sorted it so all ok now!

its been converted to a 5speed box but the clutch was fine so that wasnt changed, but it had a new clutch cable

its got a full gt exhaust from manifold to backbox

had a new battery in may along with a mk3 fuel tank and in-tank pump

also had a small section of welding on one sill for mot so its all nice and solid now!

its on a philj kit but not quite sure how low as i bought it with the kit on

inside its been floored in the back and cover with black felt/carpet, the doorcards are trimmed in tartan material but have some sag in a few areas, gt front seats and a moutney steering wheel, kenwood headunit and fly 6x9's in floor

bad points...its a little bit scabby in a few areas but nothing major and nowhere structural, its got a little rusty dent in bonnet where something has clearly been dropped on it. the temp gauge works but doesnt go up fully just goes to a point where its starting to read, the odometer is a bit sticky so it works for a period then it stops so the mileage isn't exactly right! the bolt that you undo to adjust the alternator belt has snapped off but i haven't had any problems caused by this it just causes the alternator to whine slightly...the panels and bootlid where rattle canned by previous owner...not great but they are silver but this never bothered me cos i like the fact its a bit rough round the edges lol! door seal on drives side is slightly split at the bottom but DOESNT leak any water!
