Got the car a couple of weeks ago, this is it still in the garage forecourt

Still on standard wheels and suspension, just doing mainly interior things for the time being until I decide what to do

First thing was to change the headliner

No boot light in your 6n? No problem!

I'm going to put the switch somewhere else, do something crazy with that and sub still needs screwing in

And LED interior light, not as bright as I hoped but better then standard I suppose

I dunno mate, I'd say those LED's were pretty bright. What LEDs did you use for the boot (flood)light?

  • Author

not actually that bad, just like fairy lights, but I can always tape up a few if they are too bright because theres like 2 in each hole.

they probably look bright there because it was a long exposure shot on my DSLR so I can make the photo as bright or as dim as I wanted. That was like a 3 second exposure

This is amazing!

How difficult was it to build the sub into the boot, I've always wanted to do this but never actually tried.

  • Author

actually really easy. just cut a cardboard template of the boot and cut the plywood. then that top bit of plywood is just sitting on a 4 sided box that hasnt got a top or bottom atm but it sounds alright so I'll leave it for the time being.

got something that should be arriving tomorrow and currently on the look out for wheels and coils :)

what spray adhesive did you use for that..jus normal spray mount? or summit better??

What sort of designs (duvet covers) can you get, I'm looking for a very specific design but can't seem to find it anywhere.

Cheers

Oh and hi five, I've got a similar carbon wiper blank xD

Pretty cool - not usually the first thing people do to their car but I like your individual thinking. Also, your photography is about 10 times better than most people's!
