Twin silenced large bore exhaust system for the Mk2/3 Polo 86c and 2F.

This system is mandrel bent, TIG welded, made from 304 stainless steel, much better quality than anything a powerflow dealer could produce.

Comes with all clamps, and a range of adapters to suit many different bore sizes.

At the moment there are only 2 tailpipe options...

-Twin 76mm Rolled in (as shown below)
-Twin 76mm Upswept DTM type.

They are 2.5" bore which really is suited to tuned g40 and turbo engines

Yes, very nice and an excellent price, how about a single rolled as well for the members that would like less of a sporty look. I know you said it shouldn't be too hard for a specialist to mod the tail pipes but, trying to find a decent one is sometimes a nightmare, well it is for me over in Spain! If there was a small additional price for that mod I for one would be prepared to pay (as long as it was not too much extra) failing that, well, just have to go for the slightly more rorty look and sound.

Hi, I have a 1.6 16v in my 84 squareback polo, how much modifying would it take to fit this exhaust to my car, I only have the manifold on the engine and nothing more

You'd need a downpipe for a start, then after that with any luck one of the adapters will be the right size to downstep it to the correct bore, assuming it is the right length.... Either way it wouldn't be too much work to fit, only mating it to whatever downpipe you use.

are these any good on lowered polos? as my exhaust keeps smacking the floor.

do you make single pipe systems?

Would you be able to make the bend by itself? I could fabricate everything else to fit my system and I wouldn't need it be be stainless. Possible?

I test fitted one on my car and it didn't sit too low at all, will grab some more pictures when its done.

Yeah, sorry mate, can't do anymore custom stuff, and suppliers wont split an exhaust system.

63mm bore size, and as above mate.

Haven't actually fitted one personally to a mk3 yet, hopefully a few other people can help out on that bit soon.
