Wanting to swap my 6n for a 6n2 (other things will be considered just ask) or cash, around £1000 due to the superb condition of the car.

Its done just over 85k (you can see exact milage in photo). It'll have 6 months tax which I'm putting on tomorrow, and recently just had an MOT (no advisorys either). Could do with 2 new tyres but they will last and they're only cheap for a 6n.

It's recently had a lot of work including a new cat converter, lambour sensor, ht leads, distributor cap & rotary arm, a service and a new fuel pressure regulator!

It drives amazing definately worth the money. Perfect first car, or even as a project.

Its a 13 year old car so of course theres the usual dents but nothing even slightly bad. Its got the usual rust which is nothing to worry about. And theres no service history for the car, however I've had it checked over and its mechanically sound so thats all good.

Offers will be considered, and I'd prefer a swap so I'm not without a car.

sorry to tell you but you're highly unlikely to get £1000 or a 6N2 for this due to the age, miles and especially the rust.

you're more likely to sell it for a more reasonable price as for £1000 there are cars going in a lot better condition than this

yea same thoughts mine was in just as good nic as that and i strugled to get 400 in end only managed 350 and mine was a R reg to

i only paid £1175 for my standard 6N2 in good nick :/

thanks for that. i know a lot of people who have sold theres which are in worse nick than mine for higher than this. it is in such good condition, and had like every part possible changed recently for genuine vw parts spent a lot of money on it. we'll see, this is only a feeler not in any need to get rid at the moment.
