1.0L, Volkswagen Polo, Manual, Petrol, 3 Door, Hatchback, 2001, 51 Reg, HPI Clear, Negaro Blue, GTI look a like, 5 Months Tax, 3 Months MOT, 102,000 Miles, PAS, Immobiliser, Rear Wiper, Sound System, 3 Previous Owners, Remote Central Locking, Insurance Group:2. This is a perfect first car cheap on insurance and you will not find another one like it.

Ok so, the time has come to sell my Polo, the car has been my absolute pride and joy for the last 6 months, and was last ina family for 5 years there it was also well looked after. The Polo is a one of a kind and blue and white work brilliantly together which makes the car look amazing.

I've always looked after this car and serviced it at regular intervals. It's had fresh oil and filter every 5,000 miles, and a full service every 10,000 miles.

It is currently on 102,000 miles and the car has never felt tighter. It's just had over £870 spent on servicing including two new front wishbones, bushes, gearbox oil, front brake disks and pads, new handbrake cables, rear brake cylinders, real brake drums, alternator belt etc. Had no advisories at the last MOT (Nov 2010).

Model: 2001 "51" 6n2 E

Engine: 1.0 MPI, HKS sumo mushroom filter, Power flow cat back exhaust system (Manifold down).

Always been a solid little runner this, its a wonderful drive and is surprisingly happy on long motorway cruises. It has already had the pedal box done by VW so no worries with that, and has never had any problems with the transmission. Also has had a pro drive struck brass so to increase the handling.

It had the Auxiliary drive belt and water pump bearing replaced.

Suspension: FK Automotive Hightec shocks with 60/40 spring kit, Prodrive Rear-Up strut brace

The suspension was fitted by a garage and has had a full geometry set up by Mike Stokes Motorsport in Bournemouth after lowering, and is kept tracked up regularly.

As said before it has just had two new front wishbones and bushes so it handles like a dream now.

At the MOT they also replaced whole rear brakes with fresh drums as well as the hand brake system.

OZ Racing Records - 16x7 Refurbed recently in satin snow white, with nice new tyres on (less than 2,000 miles ago) - Falken Ziex ZE912s 195/40 16 Front and 215/40 rear. These rims are quite rare and I've yet to see another set on a polo! They will come with Carbon fibre OZ racing center caps.

Exterior Styling: FK Automotive angel eyes with 8000K HIDs, GTI grill, Debadged rear, GTI honeycomb fog surrounds, Rear Spoiler, R Line rear badge, Aero wipers, Xenon Headlights.

It also has some retrofitted projector fog lights, which i have fitted with SMD led bulbs to use as daytime runners on an independent loom and harness.

Interior Styling: OEM 6n2 GTI steering wheel with red stitching, alloy sills, leather gearstick gaitor also red stitched to match. FK automotive Miami black suede front bucket seats on Corbeau frames.

ICE and Security: 12 INCH Fli Active Sub 800W and Amp 800W, with 2000W Wiring Kit. CD Player, Pioneer door speakers. Hawkalarm remote central locking kit.

The car currently has a brand new standard numberplate in the regular position, as shown in the last picture

Bodywork wise the car is typical for its age, a few marks but nothing too bad.

The car comes with a massive collection of servicing history and has always been looked after well by me and the past three previous owners.

It has had a new battery and has had a service this month.

If you want more pictures or you have any questions please call me on 07504120809. Thanks Jerome.

One problem however this car has developed lately has been the ABS, it has developed a sensor fault according to VAG-com which causes the pump to kick in sometimes when you roll to a halt. I have manually disabled the ABS since i find it more of a hinderence in those circumstances . It went through the MOT with this so it isnt as serious as it sounds. THIS CAR HAS NO ABS but it can be re-enabled easily and sensors are a very cheap to replace.
