Anyone know what a pinkish -pale- blue combustion flame means?

probably rich. it should be mostly blue

odd.. I had thought that, but its also pale. Will give tuning another go tomo..

I've never seen pink, but purple is oil in the fuel (observed on two stroke engines).

Pale blue is weak. At 1000 to 2000rpm it could be blocked main jet or water in the fuel.
