As for the cyclist, its not 100% the drivers fault. wtf was the cyclist doing on a dual carriageway at night, wrong side of the road, no lights, very pissed wearing dark clothing? Asked for it imo.

I was driving down the A444 the other week (dual carriageway), pitch black, shitty whether and see a youth riding bmx up the side towards the on coming traffic, again wearing dark clothes and no lights. As I got closer thinking "what kind of dickhead does that" I realised it was my sisters chap on his way to work

He didn't die or owt and this is a pretty pointless tale bit thought it was worth mentioning as its near on exactly what you were on about

Didn't see it, all i see in the above pics is a car which has crossed the line at amber, which is perfectly legal, and the copper is grilling the very young driver just because he's an easy target and will probably take the wrap for an offense he hasn't done.

He tried to brake and then changed his mind. If he had stayed on the brakes he would have stopped ok. He did not have a licence, the car wasn't insured. and the kid seemed a bit dim.. I'm just glad there wasn't a CP sticker on it!!
