Finally fixed my exhaust today, had the loudest blowing exhaust from a crack in the manifold for about a year now, halfords putty does absolutely nothing, so had to get a new manifold from a breaker.

Usually I would say the same but I think this car pulls them off well .

Like the work on the engine cover too

Lovely engine cover cracking car

These three spokes were popular in the 90s and i kinda liked them but they were usually on the wrong cars (wrinkly old cars like mine). But on the 6n2 i think they look great - thing about three spokes is they don't look their best at a standstill, they come alive at low speeds! So cruising low'n'slow around the town centre.. 8-)

Great interior treatment, love the engine cover, i don't usually reply in 6n/2 threads but i had to. Shows you don't have to throw thousands at a car, roll the arches to death or shoehorn a nutcase engine in there to make it interesting.

I want your old wheels! They're perfect for a retro coupe S and i have use of a big enough lathe to refurb them beautifully. Shame i'm skint..

Aha <3 been getting a lot of feedback like this recently!

Yep I bought the wheels for £70 off of Ben gardener (owner of dirtystancing) proves your point exactly!

And the 90's style is kind of what I'm looking for love all the retro stuff!

And I tried to mirror polish the senders but lost interest as they were only 1 piece at the end of the day!

Thanks for the feedback!

I'm a fan of some of the 90's stuff but i never really liked 3 spokes on anything.

In a good way or bad way?

been overdone horribly now imo, alot of the time not tieing in with any other parts of the car? i've just sold mine to a lad with a 6n2 aswell. it was fun whilst it lasted i guess.

Realistically, how do any wheels 'tie in with any other parts of a car'? Don't be a tw*t, they are very much still alive and this car looks rad.

I think he means if you have 3 spokes you should have a single viper conversion etc

what suade did you use made send me the link it looks great

Just search black suede on eBay, I think I paid £25 for around 5 metres then you will need trim fix! It's the best trimming glue IMO!

sit down pal.

they're 90s wheels. pick a 90s car, and select other parts to complete the look. you wouldn't wear trainers with a suit would you.
