As some of you may know i purchased a vw11 brake setup from chipsandgravey a while ago and are still having issues as I've payed for them and still not recieved them! 6 months later!

to be honest its taking the piss now...

i dont think i will be able to get a refund of paypal cause its been so long?

hes not repsonding to any messages or messages of HIS OWN friends who i have asked to speak with him

what do i do!?

clearly i want money back but not sure how to work paypal too well?

any suggestions would be absolutely great!

I had a similar problem on here the person in question in my view was not doing it on purpose but I waited months for an item I did not receive,

Luckily my Paypal account is linked to my Barclay's account so I gathered the evidence and contacted the bank.

They then instructed Paypal to carry out a chargeback to this chaps Paypall account which gained me a full refund ( you can also claim extra losses if directly affected )

I did feel a bit shitty afterwords because the person in question lost his Paypall account and the cash I paid so this would be at the very last resort..

Remember this is actually fraud and the likes of Barclay's are far bigger than Paypall..

I think its more of a case that the buyer has to prove it was sent.

Its not up to you to prove you have not had it.It's up to them to prove you have received it,

If they can't prove it was received then it wasn't in the eyes of the law.

The responsibility lies on the last person to see it hence the sender.

I have had the same problem ! Paid him £50 for various parts and been like 7 months now ! I've contacted him PayPal and bank but nothing ! If you or anyone can get in contact with him please let me no a contact number !! He gave me some story of how his partner had lost two family members over Christmas so I gave him benefit of the doubt but still nothing, unacceptable ! Thanks
