I dare say they'll send it back to you asking you to sign it. Does it have your details on? If so i think DVLA will be in contact fairly soon.

OR take the car for a GTA style road race, and when they try to fine/arrest you, say you weren't driving as it wasn't your car then.

they will send it back to the last address on the log book. ie, the lad you bought it from.

Rang the DVLA today and turns out I have filled it in, lol.
