No, DCD would need a custom adaptor plate to be made so it can fit the existing inlet manifold in airtight manner. And larger hole made in the top of the inlet manifold to match the twin choke holes. A carb's float bowl should ideally face towards the front of the car, but DCD would have to be rotated 90 degrees on a Polo with transverse engine (like most front wheel drive cars) versus its common mounting on inline engine. I'd suggest fitting it so the secondary tube is at the rear position for enrichment when accelerate. I wonder whether this could be persuaded to fit. Depends on the bolt pattern of the ICF or DIC used on Fiat 850/1000 and the spacing of the through manifold rods in the Polo. And might be too high without a bonnet bulge.
