The other important factor is they only lay on facilities for the number of people expected to arrive, so that means, toilets, showers, beer tent, hog roast etc, basically the more people booked in the better the facilities. They wont waste money ordering things like this if it doesnt look like there are going to be many people there, the main block only had 5 showers and loos so we are going to need more than that.

there are 200 plots on our field but as Danny said there is no guarentee that we will have that all to ourselves, and the plots arn't marked up so people can camp where they like, therefore if the rest of the site is booked up they will take bookings on our field and then its a case of first come first served. Hopefully the organisers can mark off what is already booked for us by that time, so at least we have a good section of the field but everyone else may have to go where there is space.

I know things are different this year so we just really need people to pull together to help the club.
