probably is a tad different tbf as its sprayed onto the matt black (because it really wasn't coming off )

But its a temp one anyway because its full if dents etc that are impossible to fix (they just pop back out)

Got the bumper sorted today (the big metal bar, not plastic cover) one of the brackets had snapped so its now been welded back on :)

Honestly don't know any more. Might get it vinyl wrapped in something!

Probs just stay as it is for now until after Germany anyways. Unless I find a decent one cheap and decide what vinyl I want on it!

Drivers seat is bit dirty but going to give them both a really good clean and see what comes of it.

Sat in them and omg they are unbelievably comfy compared to the normal genesis seats. They really hug you

Mix up some red with lacquer and you've just gone from lexarse lights to all reds

When u clean your seats get hold of a bottle of woolite its great stuff,you will find it in any supermarket near washing powders,just dilute some in water and scrub away and they come up like new! :-)

Touched the bumpers back up so they are now ready to go back on

Sunroof is in after 3 attempts

1st time it went in and i forgot the seal, only way to get it on is with the sunroof out.

2nd time i got it in when i tested it i ended up pusing the headlining back ad it got wedged. tryed for about 30 mins to get it out but it was impossible with the sunroof there. so out it came again.

By now I'm getting angry, tired and hungry. and it was gettng dark.

Got the lining out and finally got it all in and working

Also started plastic priming the boot plinth and the rear spoiler. Will get everything else primed up and ready for paint tomorrow. Hopeully get all the little ods and sods on the car if it doeasnt rain too.

Need to sort the hella grill out so it isnt pointing into the clouds then i can get that back on :p

After sitting browsing the site late tonight I think a bike carbed GT conversion is on its way late this year.

Using the engine out of the loon, converting that into a GT and yamming some bike carbs on it. Not as simple as it sounds but I'm sure its possible even with my lack of knowledge.

Only thing that I'm stuck on is the inlet and the jets. as all the topics on here have confused the hell out of me

Its easier to bike carb a 1.4 16V. but doing that conversion has problems of its own on top of the bike carbs. although it would give much more gain.

Need to find someone good with a welder to make a custom inlet. Could get it done for under 100 that way (the bike carbs) then about 100-150 for the GT conversion.
