Pretty ill. Strong work

spent a good few hours tonight with my mates to try and free the rear coilies in his unit....the passenger side i well and truly stuck, annoying as the drivers side was no bother at all and i managed to drop it a healthy 1.5inches. MM can do one, all about the inches! haha

only prob was i couldnt match it on the other side and had to wind it up which made me cry! :p

i heard spray the rims with WD40, then the dirt will wipe straight off :)

LOL i heard that too. it works wonders on the front, but you have to put lots on for it to work especially inbetween the spokes. :p :p

imagine how nice it will look once you get them all freed up and you can wind them down.

If all else fails you may have to take them off (backs are well easy) and soak them in something.

got a job interview this aft, and after that i plan to have a play....blowtorch times!

we had it undone last night and off so the threads could be cleaned up, they got some serious wd40 action, but i started to eat into the collars with the c spanners! :(

Mine were a right bastard too, whipped them both off as it would be easier, jus like you got one side undone quite easily with the help of a hammer and chisel, the other side was a right ballache. Got the locking ring undone but the adjuster ring was stuck. Chewed up 4 of the 6 adjuster slots on it even soaked it overnight in oil, that still didn't help so I went all out with a chisel and it eventually worked, but like I said it chewed up 4 slots but oh well haha.

bargain of the century 2.5 metres of suede fabric should have been 12.99 a metre, somehow the lad priced it up at just 2.99!

so off i went to the checkout....no questions asked!

plan is to trim the headlining and pillars with it all this week!

these are spare a + b pillars, also the strip that runs along the hatch, need to remove the c pillars and also get the lining out tomorrow

i'm not looking forward to using copydex however! it smells like a fish market! :(

already bought some copydex scott....may see how the copydex goes on, and switch to the spray stuff if it isnt working out! cheers for advice
