You need to buy a set of lupo gti black visors mate...they'll fit no problem with a bit of changing of the bracket that is attached to the visor itself.

I have a set which don't have the origional mirrors as they cracked so i replaced them with mirror perspex and they lack the bracket but you could spray and fit your old ones.

Chrispy I used black show polish (liquid stuff) to do the door seals and it hasn't faded/ran/rubbed off yet and that was near 2 years ago

been busy in my mates garage tonight...he's got a soldering iron so finally got round to hooking my rear tvs back up and also laying all the cabling for the pioneer 6 disc multichanger i bought so i can permanently store the satnav disc in it (19quid of ebay).

currently having issues getting sound from my ipod connection out of my stereo all the tracks come up and i can control my ipod through my stereo but i cant hear tunes....need to investigate! i can hear them when i plug my headphones in so it is definitely playing just not sending the sound out of my car speakers!

may have connected the IP bus connectors up wrongly! D'oh!

Also want a valver but have to fix a couple of things on it before I can get enough money for it to afford a 16v. But with your help it will end up better than standard

finally got the ipod connections sorted just needed to swap out the ip bus connection into the other socket as the one i had it in was the socket to daisy chain the multichanger! n00b as they were colour coded! but wasn't paying attention as i plugged it up whilst the box was behind the dash!

may lose the dock tho in favour of another compatible one, as the pioneer one (CD-IB100 Ipod Adapter) i have is nothing short of horrific to navigate!

it disables the ipod controls which means it just makes its use awkward....i find simply finding what i want to listen to first then connecting it is the most effective way to use it

Word, its a pretty poo set up. I just make a playlist of songs I like and play that :)

they should just have let the ipod to do the work, apprently tyou can time it so tat you can remain control on the ipod and not just on the stereo sam? have you managed that...do you still have it even?

Hmm I'm not too sure, I'm kinda used to mine now (yes I still own it!) No real idea on getting it to work with just the ipod charging. Il have a look tomorrow as I'm off all day. And I don't think the videos from it play via any of the inputs :(

i've only split them today i dont think i can get away with them at 9.5j tbh chris as they are et34 and will prob foul the shocker.
