need to either paint or powdercoat my inner barrels next

Looking spankly as always Mr Poopter.

Ice blue centres with a ice blue re-trim like the reflex mk 4 golf :D

Also mate, have you just got standard 6n mirrors in black? Not stubby jobbies are they..

  • Author

powder coat your inner dishes pal...will last lots longer..

am i mad for prefering the rx2's over the images???

  • Author

no no...i like them too, but tbh they are only ever gonna be my winter wheels as like most women i enjoy some girth

will jsut mix it up from time to time when i rebuild my images i will prob split and repaint my bbs and get them back up to good nick as they have a few chips etc from the winter months....

i have been considering having them turned into 3piece, which is something i am told is possible, then i will have the best of both worlds. that prob wont be til next yr though

barrels are into the powder coaters in the morning....good things come to those who wait!

managed to remove all the old sealant this weekend with a blade and some sealant remover...20quid a bearrel too which was a good price i thought

I say keep them white too dude 8-) they look perfect

Change something else when you get that 'changing things' feeling. Go all Laurence Llewelyn Bowen changing rooms styleee and hang some funky drapes to the rear side windows if need be

they were never intended for my car they are my mates off his FTO just the fact lhey look great now they are finished i want to pinch them but its not worth the expense of adapters....plus i have 280mm g60 brake setup and they stop very well :p
