MOT is Thursday so thought i'd get busy and get me a new battery and throw on my winter wheels! 165-45-16 tyres landed courtesy of mytyres, so got my mate to fit them and i threw them on this aft.....they are a little tucked shall we say!

gonna whip off the shims at weekend as it looks gash on a 6.5j rim 20-25mm spacers needed and a some tweaking to get it all sitting nice and flush in the arches.

gave the car a clean too as it was disgusting....all the gutters/seals were moss ridden and full of leaves etc

got me not one but two spiders living in my mirrors aswell!

out came the snow foam coupled to a superspray, not as good as a proper lance but wasnt too bad and got a good cover to lift some surface dirt.

couple of washes later (2 bucket method) and it was looking a whole lot better

need to get a polishing kit too anyone recommend any as the lips on the rx2s are peeling like mad look awful!

got me a wee parcel through the post this morning....

should sort out my winter wheels and getting them sitting nice and flush with the arches not lost like present

35mm for the rear, bringing them down to ET10 on a 6.5j 165-45-16 tyre. from my measurements they should be spot on, we'll see

got some 20s for the front, ideally i could do with 25mm upfront but i have some 20s already so seems daft spending more money for the sake of 5mm.

should rectify this....
