I don't know how to break this to you lot, but if you go to GERMANY, then there are corsas and saxos, and hondas and all sorts of other cars from manufacturers all over the world that have German style pressed plates on.

I bet the Germans are laughing their arses off at all the people in this country with German pressed plates and D banding on their cars.

Fair enough, if YOU like it, by all means, stick them on your car, but just because you have a VW, doesn't give you some superior position to criticise someone else who has also put them on theirs (maybe because they think it looks good too?)

Dont know what all the bitchin is about, any car can be "chavvy" depending on the mind of the fool who's judging it ! If you think its chavvy there you are opinion aint going to change but someone else may not think its "chavvy". Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, remember that shit !

Same goes for german plates, there common as fook, everyone on here has them or has had them at some point because there "euro" but trends move form one tuning style to the other often so "german style plates" may be the new thing in "cali" styling or "jap" styling, its never going to just be a VAG thing so peeps should chill out. If it bothers people that much that "chavs" own the same style plates as they do then change yours and stop been a scene whore ! I've got german style plates and dont give a fuck who else has got them because I like them and they suit the car ! End of.
