I have booked 15 car spaces, for 15 people...(any passengers will have to pay extra on arrival(£3))....

if we can get 15 cars max that would be great.....

please have monies(£2 each) ready at the f&b meet/ilva, or if not then the morning of the show will be fine....

Good good... i would have booked more spaces, but as I'm forking out in advance i didnt want to overbook and spend more than i had to....

and plus to get 11 cars, just POLOs together is a lot harder than just 11 random cars from a cruising website!

**UPDATE**

Banner has now been recieved, just needs a good scrub down, but need some ideas of how we can mount it as its basically JUST a banner with eyes around the edges and in the corners....

simple option tells me just a load of rope and tie inbetween cars, but that'll look gay, so come on, ideas needed...

I'm tempted to knock some kind of frame together with some wooden battons, but i'd never fit it all in the bloody car!

most people there had them on the florr, or tied to the cars

maybe if we can get the stand against a wall or something have it on that?

if not then a frame is the next best thing.

problem is i dont know where the stand will be.....

I'm hoping i can definately come to this, however i have split with the mrs yesterday so if she calls me up and wants to see me that night or something i might have to give it a miss

but i'll keep you all informed anyhow

everyone should bring random peices of timber to the meet and we'll build something to hang the banner from, would be a laugh lol

I'll admit it probably is a little chavy, but then isnt that the same at every meet, getting saxos with the usual big 5" HKS exhaust, lexus lights and tinted windows(sorry if I'm describing your car)....

every show is like that, but theres was also quite a few tasty motors at the last show such as the chorley street garage cossies, the nissan 200sx, the big muscle cars...etc etc

anyhow, were gonna see how this one goes, then i'll ask everyone again if its worth organising again..

and as for the banner, I'm hoping to maybe knock something up this wekend, out of some steel bar if possibly in 2 halfs for easy transportation and hopefully borrow my friends welder... nice simple rectangle welded together(with a join in the middle and holes for locating pins), and a simple trianglewelded out of each side(with sand bags or something heavy on them to stop it from blowing over)

just hope i can use my friends welder and i can get the steel bar from b & q or something... unless anyone else off here can help in any way?

yeah like when that vw pick up thing had 6 people with booze in the back, they stopped him leaving, made everyone get out and stopped him from leaving....
